By accessing our website, making a booking, or utilizing any of our services, you (“the Client,” “you,” or “passenger”) agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully, as they outline your rights and obligations.

Booking and Payments

 Booking Confirmation:

All bookings are subject to availability and will only be confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit. The specific deposit amount will be communicated at the time of booking, typically £500 per person for Hajj/Umrah packages.

Full Payment:The remaining balance of the package price must be received by Blessing Travel no later than 60 days prior to the scheduled departure date, unless otherwise specified for particular packages or promotions. Failure to submit full payment by the due date may result in the cancellation of your booking with forfeiture of the deposit.

Pricing: All prices quoted are in Great British Pounds (GBP) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change due to airline surcharges, currency fluctuations, or unforeseen taxes, though we strive to maintain transparency.

Payment Methods: We accept payments via secure bank transfer, major credit/debit cards (processing fees may apply for card payments).

Cancellations and Refunds:

Client Initiated Cancellations: All cancellation requests must be submitted to Blessing Travel in writing (email or postal mail) by the lead passenger. *

Cancellation Charges: The following charges will apply, calculated from the date written cancellation is received by Blessing Travel: * More than 90 days before departure: Forfeiture of deposit only. * 61-90 days before departure: 50% of the total package cost. * 31-60 days before departure: 75% of the total package cost. * 30 days or less before departure: 100% of the total package cost.

No Refunds: No refunds will be issued for any unused services, missed flights, early departures, or voluntarily left services by the client during the pilgrimage.

Participant Responsibilities:

Passport and Visa Validity: It is the sole responsibility of the client to ensure they possess a valid passport with at least six (6) months validity remaining from the intended return date, and to secure any necessary health certificates or vaccinations required for travel to Saudi Arabia or other destination countries.

Adherence to Guidelines: Clients must adhere to the instructions and guidance provided by Blessing Travel staff, religious guides, and airline/hotel personnel.

Conduct: Clients are expected to conduct themselves respectfully, observing local laws, customs, and religious practices throughout the journey. Any disruptive or illegal behaviour may result in termination of services with no refund.

Medical Conditions: Clients must inform Blessing Travel of any medical conditions, disabilities, or special needs at the time of booking to ensure appropriate arrangements can be considered.

Visa Requirements (for UK Passports)

Blessing Travel will provide comprehensive assistance with the Saudi Arabian visa application process specifically for UK Passport holders as a core inclusion of our Hajj and Umrah packages. * While we strive for efficient and successful visa acquisition, the final decision regarding visa issuance rests solely with the relevant Saudi Arabian authorities (Embassy/Consulate). Blessing Travel cannot guarantee visa approval, and visa fees are typically non-refundable regardless of the outcome.

Flights and ATOL Protection

ATOL Protection: All flight-inclusive packages offered by Blessing Travel are financially protected by the ATOL scheme (Air Travel Organiser’s Licence). This provides peace of mind that your money is safe in the unlikely event of our insolvency. Your ATOL certificate will be provided upon booking confirmation.

Airline: Flights typically operate with Qatar Airways from Manchester Airport. Specific flight details, including airline and departure times, are subject to change by the airline and will be confirmed in your booking itinerary. Blessing Travel is not liable for minor schedule changes, delays, or cancellations caused by the airline.

Accommodation & Transport

Accommodation: Our packages typically include accommodation in 5-star hotels strategically located within walking distance from the Haramain (Masjid al-Haram in Makkah and Masjid an-Nabawi in Madinah). Specific hotel names are subject to change based on availability, but alternatives will be of comparable standard.

Ground Transport: High-quality, modern, and air-conditioned transport is provided for all transfers and Mazaraat tours as specified in your package itinerary.

Travel Insurance

Blessing Travel strongly recommends and advises all participants to purchase comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking. This insurance should cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations/interruptions, personal liability, lost or damaged luggage, and other unforeseen events. Blessing Travel does not provide travel insurance, and it is the client’s responsibility to secure adequate cover.

Changes to Itinerary

Blessing Travel reserves the right to make minor adjustments to itineraries, accommodations, or transportation arrangements due to unforeseen circumstances, local conditions, religious directives, or operational necessities. Any significant changes will be communicated to clients promptly.

Force Majeure

Blessing Travel shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, government regulations or advisories, or border closures. In such events, Blessing Travel will make reasonable efforts to offer alternative arrangements or credits, but refunds may be limited based on recoverability from suppliers.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
